Bad Blood is the sixth studio album by US electronica duo Blood on the Dance Floor, released internationally on September 3, 2013. Although not reaching the same success as their previous effort, Evolution, it is their second-best selling release to date, peaking at No. 137 on the Billboard Albums Chart. In the beginning of 2013, there were major rumors claiming Blood on the Dance Floor had split when they withdrew from the Soundwave Festival. However, it turned out to be a hoax.

Blood on the Dance Floor is an American electronic music act from Orlando, Florida, formed in 2006. The group's longest-standing lineup, from 2009-2016, consisted of Dahvie Vanity and Jayy Von Monroe. The group released nine studio albums before breaking up in 2016 following Von Monroe's departure. It was reformed by Vanity the following year, initially with Fallon Vendetta. As of 2019, Dahvie Vanity is the sole member of the group.

Most people hate Blood On The Dance Floor for a combination of reasons. Either the fact that they use simplistic electronic beats and combine it with autotuned singing and toneless screaming or the overly sexual lyrics that they use. Either way; many people love to hate them. I was one of these people but I had never heard a song by them aside from Candyland and I thought that one song would be enough to put me off the band forever. The strongest side of this EP is the clean singing; best shown on the acoustic ballad Don't Want To Be Like You. This song is entirely clean sung and is stating that the band do not want to be judgmental about people after a life of being judged themselves. It had a video produced for it and shows off a side of the band nobody would ever have predicted. This song actually has a lot of emotion poured into it and Dahvie Vanity's clean singing is a lot stronger than before.
